Our love story began when we were just 15 and 13, crossing paths at church. I never imagined he’d be my husband 33 years later. After both of us experienced divorce, we reconnected on Facebook in 2011 and had our first dinner. He was a saint in the Church of God and invited me in, I became part of the Church of God, by July, he proposed, and in August 11, 2011, we married at the courthouse—and these 15 years have been the best of my life.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?When we got married, we met each other’s children and loved them as our own. The joy of our 9 grandbabies brings the sweetest memories. Watching them grow has been one of our greatest blessings. Love brought us together, and love continues to guide us. These moments, shared with our family, are treasures in our hearts. Love is the key to it all.
What would you do with $20,000?With $20,000, I’d use wisdom to buy a home and bless my husband with a church building so he can preach the gospel. I’d give God 10% for His provision and bless my children and grandchildren to help secure a better future. All glory to God.
