Not a day goes by where we don’t express our love and appreciation for each other.

We had both redownloaded dating apps with the intent of giving them one last try at finding true love. Our connection was instant - we bonded over horror movies, shared love of dogs, and desires to travel over steaming hot cups of coffee for him and tea for me. He brought me flowers on our first date, and in the small cafe covered in Valentine’s Day decorations we couldn’t help but feel like it was fate. Johnny & I grew up in the same neighborhood, but never crossed paths until now.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our shared similarities in regard to our upbringing were startling! We’d shared fond memories with our respective friend groups at the same movie theaters, shopping centers, and ice cream shops. We did a drive by past Emily’s childhood home, and were shocked to discover it was less than two minutes from mine where I still reside. That same day, we looked through shared photographs and discovered that we were in the same class in pre-school. Talk about being connected by a red string of fate!
What would you do with $20,000?We’d love to explore the world together, get married, and invest in our forever home. We’d be sure to spend a portion of that on spoiling our pets, and providing for our families. We’d work very hard - as a social worker and teacher respectively - we’re looking forward to some of those positives that can stem from this life changing amount of money.
