I worked the front desk of a hostel in Hollywood and he was a staff volunteer. One night a highly intoxicated guest, without any warning, head butt me square in the face. The pain brought instant tears to my eyes. By the time I wiped them Danny was coming around the corner to defend me. Him and some other volunteers held him there till the cops arrived. After they took him, he kissed me on the forehead. The rest was history.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our favorite shared memory was our trip down Route 66. We were moving from LA to Florida so we decided to take as much of the historic route as possible. The day before we left we bought an old BMW for 1k and just prayed that we would make it across the country. We did! And we were able to experience some classic Americana. It was something we’d both been wanting to do for most our lives. We are grateful we got to do it together.
What would you do with $20,000?We are currently working seasonally in Alaska, very slowly saving money to one day buy and rehab a historic home/building with land. We are hoping for a mixed use property so we can open our own coffee shop one day. We’d definitely put the money towards that dream.
