BJ’s sisters and I went to school together. We were good friends and used to hang out often. One day I met their handsome older brother. It was only a few months before we realized that we had each found the one whom our soul loved. Within six months we were married. We have three amazing adult children, our wonderful son and daughter in law, and our littlest blessing - our 2 1/2-year-old granddaughter. I’m also very lucky that those two school friends have been my sister-in-laws for 26 years.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?We got married in 1999.There are so many memories that we have created since we’ve been married. Some of them cause us to laugh, looking back and some of them bring tears to our eyes, remembering how hard life can be. Our favorite memories are the ones we are making now celebrating how far we have come and being excited about our future.
What would you do with $20,000?I have dreamed of taking a trip with just our kids and grandkids. Scheduling that would be first priority!
